EDS adds Focus Technology Consulting to FDIC support contract.
Rockville, MD, May 19, 2008 - Focus Technology Consulting, an industry-leading provider of expert staff augmentation services and innovative technology expertise, announced that EDS has added their firm as a sub-contractor to provide customer support for their FDIC contract. The contract was awarded to EDS by the FDIC to provide information and assistance for customers of failing banks backed by the FDIC. Under this agreement, Focus will provide numerous Contact Center Agents to EDS at their Montgomery, AL based call center.
